About Food
- What is FIT? FIT menus are nutritionist-curated and doctor-approved food that are healthy with low salt, low oil and no refined sugar added. And yet, our chef made them super delicious that you would fully enjoy. FIT menus are suitable for weight loss and managing diabetes.
- Is the food halal? Our kitchen is shariah-compliant - no pork products, alcohol, etc are permitted. All ingredients are halal, and we are in the process of getting halal certification.
- Are your meals gluten-free? Most of our dishes are gluten free but please inform us in advance if you require gluten-free meals. We’ll put extra care to your meals.
- What if I have an allergy? Please check with us first before placing orders. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure every ingredient is exactly what we have displayed in the menu, the meals are made in a facility that handles nuts, soya, sesame and celery products so we cannot guarantee that traces of these ingredients will not be present in the meals.
About Long-term package
- How do I get started? Purchase a long-term meal package based on your needs at a discount price and then use the credit in your wallet to place orders in our pages. The credit will be deducted automatically from the wallet.
- Can I skip some days like Saturdays and Sundays? Yes, you are free to choose the days that you want to receive and skip some days that you do not need the meals.
- Can I choose the dishes that I want to receive? Yes, you can choose the meals from the daily menu using your wallet credit
- Does my credit expire? No, it has no expiration date while the business is active. In the event that the business concludes operations, 2-week notice will be given to customers to utilize remaining credits. Refunds will not be provided.
- How do I cancel / alter my order? Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp (+60 11 1227 1558). Please note that the cut-off time to make changes to your order is 4pm for the next day delivery.
About Orders / Delivery
- What areas do you cover? We cover KL, PJ, Puchong, Subang, Ampang, and Shah Alam. Click here to find out more.
- What is the delivery fee? A flat rate of RM4 per delivery
- What time will my food be delivered? We deliver once per day between 1030am and 1230pm.
- What is the cut-off time for orders? The cut-off time is 4pm for the next day delivery.
- Can I order for today’s delivery? Sorry, we receive pre-orders only at the moment.
- Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays? Yes, we deliver everyday including weekends. Some holidays we are off including Hari Raya and CNY
- What is your cancellation/refund policy? Under normal circumstance, there will be no refund of any meals that are purchased regardless if the meals have been delivered or not. For undelivered or defective meals caused by external factors (e.g. during delivery process), buyers will be entitled to get replacements with the same meals or any other meals available.
- Can I do self pick up? Yes, you can pick up from our kitchen directly. Our location is 13-G, Block A, Zenith Corporate Park, Jalan SS7/26, Kelana Jaya 47301 Selangor
